You will work in the Go-VA office in Cebu and have direct daily contact with your client’s company who will train you in their policies and procedures. We are looking for a Recruiter to support and sustain our growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Recruiter is responsible for the process of ensuring quality talents are placed with Clients. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

Primary Tasks:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Manage the recruitment process from assessment to job offers.
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions through LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet, and all other platforms.
  • Review employment applications and background-check reports.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Work closely with the internal department  to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
  • Maintain effective relationships with Operations and Clients.
  • Attend client meetings and client reporting.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding Recruitment service related concerns.

Go-To Tasks:

  • Coordinate and monitor activities and implement policies and procedures within the area of responsibility.
  • Manage online brand campaigns.
  • Ad hoc tasks from the CEO.

Skill and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in  full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Excellent English communication skills  and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience as a  Recruiter with strong competency in profiling, interviewing skills, behavioral assessment, and other assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • A creative thinker and proactive problem-solver.
  • Flexible to work on the mid shift (4:00 PM- 1:00 AM) or night shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM) schedule.

This is a work-from-home role during the pandemic. Once improvements allow full office-based operations, this may become an office-based job role.
